At Summit Valve Solutions, our team of certified technicians and engineers safely and efficiently maintains, repairs and rebuilds any size of control, block, gate and pinch valve. We provide on-site or in shop repair services to return your valves to their original working condition, on budget and on time. We are “VR Certified” in pressure relief valve repair and testing by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, and we service manufacturers such as Fisher, Flowserve-Valtek, Cornerstone, Cooper-Cameron, Copes-Vulcan, Neles-Jamesbury, Metso, Bailey, Strahman, Clarkson, Tyco, NewCon, Flowrox and others.

Our full service repair facility includes a receiving and dispositioning section where we perform the initial disassembly, cleaning and inspection of the valve. During the inspection we fully document and photograph the disassembly procedure, after which one of our technicians prepares a quote for customer approval.

The welding and repair sections of our facility contain repair tables, lathes, mills, hydraulic power units, polishing machinery, an oxygen cleaning room, CV leak testing equipment, CNC, in-house metallurgy (brochures available upon request) and our profiler diagnostic system. Our machinists, millwrights and welders are expertly trained to handle many different customer needs. We are able to provide customized machining, flange facing, machining plugs and stems, seats and metal parts, repair body damage, and milling operations.

The final section of our facility is the paint room where individual valve parts are painted.

After repair completion we tag the valve and put it on a pallet where it is strapped down, wrapped and shipped back to the customer. We can also pick up and deliver valves within a 50 mile radius of our shop.

Our mobile unit is equipped with a lathe and welding equipment and is also VR certified in order to serve our customers with on-site issues.
